I am very Happy to say I have purchased 4 construction vehicles from this company and have found them to be a very customer focused business .They are happy to help you with shipping & on line purchases or questions about there products . I have been to there business to collect my remote control trucks and excavator in person, and found real people who care about customer service. I could even test try and look at the remote control construction trucks . I got the Huina dump truck that I have found to be very robust and good quality. It does carry a big pay load no troubles and tips it out very easily, it will go over soft surfaces with a pay load and remember it is a toy but more than i expected it to do.
